AFMC/AMC Admission Result 2021: Bangladesh Army will publish the armed forced medical college and army medical college admission result, merit list for the academic session of 2020-21 on afmc.teletalk.com.bd.

According to the admission notice, The authority will admit the students in uniform process for AFMC and 5(five) medical colleges for 1st year MBBS Course in the academic year of 2020-21.

The application procedure for undergradudate admission in afmc usually starts after the publication of higher secondary level education results. For admission to these courses, candidates must fill up the AFMC application form, available at afmc.edu.bd or afmc.teletalk.com.bd.

Students can fill up the admission form by following the proper instruction provided on the admission circular.

Students have to participate in the admission test to get admission to this course. AFMC will conduct the written test as MCQ type.

AFMC Admission Circular 2020-21:

Armed Forced Medical College admission circular is published on afmc.edu.bd. The college offers Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at the Undergraduate course level.

MBBS Course offered for the duration of five years. Admission to the AFMC MBBS Course offered through the armed forced medical college.

The candidates eligible for the MBBS course need to sit for an AFMC Admission test conducted by the college.

This college offers MBBS degrees in AFMC and AMC cadet categories.

What are the difference between AFMC and AMC cadet:

AFMC: MBBS Students from armed forced medical college are identified as AFMC Cadet. AMC Cadet is government and AFMC Cadet is non government in AFMC.

AMC: MBBS Students from army medical college [Chattogram, Cumilla, Jashore, Bogura, Rangpur] are identified as AMC Cadet.

Armed Forces Medical College is a Government Medical College under Ministry of
Defense. But, other 05 (five) Army Medical College’s are not Government Medical College.

AFMC Admission Requirements:

To sit for the admission test, students need to meet the minimum requirements for the admission test. There are two requirements- one is educational requirement and other is physical requirements

AFMC Online Admission Form:

The admission form for AFMC/AMC are available online. Students meeting the requirements can fill up the admission form from afmc.teletalk.com.bd and pay the application fees by Teletalk Bangladesh Limited.

AFMC/AMC Payment Method:

Applicants have to send two SMS to pay the application fees. At the time of payment. Applicants have to use their own user id when making the payment.

First SMS:

Second SMS:

AFMC/AMC Admission Test Result:

Bangladesh Army will publish the AFMC/AMC admission result on the official website notice board on afmcedu.bd or amc.edu.bd. Students are advised to check the notice board frequently for written exam result of the admission test. Normally, The authority is published the admission test result within the seven days from the examination date.

AFMC is published the Admission Test Result for the session of 2020-21 in pdf file on 4th September 2021.

Based on the GPA of SSC and HSC examinations in the 1st year MBBS course of the Armed Forces Medical College in the 2020-2021 academic year and the results of the written examination, the following 206 candidates have been selected for the primary health examination in the order of roll number (not merit). Selected candidates are asked to appear at AFMC, Dhaka Cantonment for the initial health examination as per the date and time mentioned on the side.

Admission test for every candidate for Primary Health Examination (AMC Category) and Final Health Examination (AFMC Category).

Please be present along with original certificate of SSC and HSC examination, number sheet and citizenship certificate and 2 passport size color photographs. In addition, the quota candidates have to bring the following documents.
A) Candidates as sons and daughters of freedom fighters / martyrs and sons and daughters of sons and daughters of their father / mother / father / mother
Freedom Fighter Certificate of the parent (if applicable), which must be signed and counter-signed by the appropriate authority. In addition, the son-daughter of the candidate freedom fighter / martyr freedom fighter is the chairman of the concerned union parishad / ward of the city corporation. The certificate issued by the councilor and the mayor / councilor of the municipality has to be submitted.

B) Certificate of Character and Tribal Evidence issued by the concerned Circle Chief and Deputy Commissioner in case of tribal candidates.

C) In case of children of Armed Forces personnel (employed / retired) sealed and counter-signed by the Unit Commander / Records Certificate.

The decision of the authorities on any matter relating to admission will be considered final. No candidate will be counted for any further medical and oral examination after the mentioned date.

Ans: There will be no short listing for entrance examination this year. all valid applicants will get chance to appear written entrance test.

After successful completion of MBBS course the degree is awarded by Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) and gets registration from Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC).
