Second SMS:
Go to your SMS again and type BGDCL YES PIN and Send to 16222. Example: BGDCL YES 12345678 and Send- 16222. Reply From Teletalk: Congrats! [Your Name], payment completed for [Post Name] post of BGDCL. User ID (), Password ().
Save the USER ID and Password, for download the Admit Card Later.
