HSC 2022 Economics Assignment Answer
Early this year (in January 2021), the National Curriculum and Textbook Board published the short syllabus for Economics Subjects, a subject of the Humanities Group. It is available on the DSHE website. Therefore, following this short syllabus, DSHE will publish the assignments for this subject on its website.
The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) stated that students must complete ten assignments for the economics subjects. Expressly stated in the notice, the DSHE will distribute five assignments for the first and five for the second, respectively.
Consequently, Because of COVID-19 Corona Outbreak, Their curriculum has changed. Students are now required to participate in the Assignment Work worth 50 marks for the HSC Exam 2022. The remaining 50 Marks are on the Multiple Choice Question Test, held in June 2022.
Students must complete Assignment solutions as soon as possible after receiving the assignment question. It will now count toward their grade point average on the HSC Exam in the year 2022.

HSC Economics 1st Paper Assignment Answer 2022
From the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education website, it is now possible to download the First Paper Assignment question for Economics Subjects for the HSC Exam 2022. The question is only available for the 1st Paper of the first week of the weekly assignment of economics 1st Paper.
The National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) has limited the chapter of the Economics 1st Paper syllabus for the exam year of HSC 2022, which will be administered in November 2022, due to the COVID-19 Corona Virus Outbreak.
Consequently, the number of chapters has been reduced to make the Syllabus more manageable for students and to accommodate the limited time available for the HSC Exam in Bangladesh, held in June 2022. As a result, only four chapters remain in the Syllabus of Economics 1st Paper Subject, reduced from Ten.
Therefore, DSHE will include only questions from these four chapters in the Weekly Assignment Question. These four chapters are as follows: Second (ভোক্তা ও উৎপাদকের আচরণ), Third (উৎপাদন, উৎপাদন ব্যয় ও আয়), Fourth (বাজার), Tenth (মুদ্রা ও ব্যাংক)।

সাধারণ অর্থে উপযোগ বলতে কোন দ্রব্যের অভাব পূরণের ক্ষমতাকে বুঝানো হয়। প্রকৃতপক্ষে উপযোগ একটি মনস্তাত্ত্বিক বিষয়। কারণ সব পণ্যের চাহিদা সকলের কাছে এক ধরনের নাও হতে পারে। যেমন-যে ব্যক্তি দুই দিন ধরে না খেয়ে আছে তার কাছে একটুকরো রুটি যাওয়া খুবই মূল্যবান আবার যার কোন ক্ষুধা নেই তার কাছে এর উপযোগ নাও থাকতে পারে। উপযোগ হচ্ছে পণ্যের মধ্যে অন্তর্নিহিত একটি উপাদান যার জন্য মানুষ ঐ পণ্য ক্রয় করে থাকে। যে জিনিসের উপযোগ নেই তা কেউ কিনতে চায় না বা বিক্রয় হয় না। সুতরাং, বিভিন্ন ধরনের বস্তুগত ও অবস্তুগত সামগ্রীর মধ্যে মানুষের অভাব পূরণের যে ক্ষমতা ও গুণ বিদ্যমান থাকে তাকেই ঐ সামগ্রীর উপযোগ বলে।
উপযোগ সম্পর্কে অধ্যাপক মেয়ার্স বলেছেন, Utility is the quality or capacity of a good which enables it to satisfy human wants. অর্থাৎ উপযোগ হলো কোনো দ্রব্যের গুণ বা ক্ষমতা যা মানুষের অভাব পূরণ করতে পারে।
কোন দ্রব্য ভোগের উপর ভিত্তি করে উপযোগের ধারণা সমূহ নিম্নরূপ ব্যাখ্যা করা যায়ঃ
১. প্রাথমিক উপযোগ।
২. প্রান্তিক উপযোগ।
৩. মোট উপযোগ।
অতএব বলা যায় বিভিন্ন প্রকার বস্তুগত ও অবস্তুগত পণ্যদ্রব্য বা সেবার মধ্যে মানুষের বিভিন্নমুখী চাহিদা অভাব পূরণের যে ক্ষমতা বিদ্যমান থাকে তাকে উপযোগ বলে।
মোট উপযোগ ও প্রান্তিক উপযোগের মধ্যে সম্পর্ক নিম্নরূপঃ
- মোট উপযোগ ও প্রান্তিক উপযোগের সমষ্টি অর্থাৎ TU=MU
- মোট উপযোগ এর পরিবর্তন (TU) এবং ভোগের পরিবর্তনের (Q)ভাগফল হল প্রান্তিক উপযোগ অর্থাৎ- MU= TU / Q
- মোট উপযোগ যখন ক্রমবর্ধমান হারে বাড়ে প্রান্তিক উপযোগ তখন কমতে থাকে।
- মোট উপযোগ যখন সর্বাধিক, প্রান্তিক উপযোগ তখন শূন্য।
- মোট উপযোগ যখন কমতে থাকে প্রান্তিক উপযোগ তখণ ঋণাত্নক।
এভাবে দেখা যায় মোট উপযোগ ও প্রান্তিক উপযোগের মধ্যে গভীর সম্পর্ক বিদ্যমান।
ন্তিক উপযোগ শূন্য হওয়ার পরও দ্রব্যটি ক্রয় করতে থাকলে প্রান্তিক উপযোগ ঋণাত্নক হবে । তখন মোট উপযোগ বৃদ্ধি না পেয়ে বরং হ্রাস পায়। চিত্রের সাহায্যে উদাহরণ দেওয়া হলঃ
চিত্রে ভূমি অক্ষে দ্রব্যের একক এবং লম্ব অক্ষে মোট উপযোগ ও প্রান্তিক উপযোগে নির্দেশিত হচ্ছে।TU হচ্ছে মোট উপযোগ রেখা এবং MU হচ্ছে প্রান্তিক উপযোগ রেখা । দ্রব্যের তৃতীয় একক পর্যন্ত মোট উপযোগ ক্রমবর্ধমানহারে বাড়ে বলে TU রেখা উপরের দিকে উঠে এবং এর সাথে সম্পর্ক রেখে MU রেখাও উপরের দিকে ওঠে। এরপর যখন মোট উপযোগ রেখা ক্রমহ্রাসমান হারে উপরের দিকে উঠে তখন MU রেখা নিচের দিকে দিকে নামতে থাকে। TU রেখা যখন সর্বোচ্চ স্তরে ছয় এককে পৌঁছায় তখন MU রেখা ভূমি অক্ষের সাথে মিলিত হয়; অর্থাৎ প্রান্তিক উপযোগ শূন্য হয়ে যায়। এরপর TU রেখা দেখা যখন নিচের দিকে নামতে থাকে তখন MU রেখা ভূমি অক্ষে ছেদ করে নিচের ঋণাত্নক অংশে নেমে যায়।

অন্যান্য অবস্থায স্থির থেকে, কোন নির্দিষ্ট সময় কোন ব্যক্তি যখন একই দ্রব্য ক্রমাগতভাবে ভোগ করতে থাকে, তখন ঐ দ্রব্যের মোট উপযোগ বৃদ্ধি পেলেও, প্রান্তিক উপযোগ ক্রমশ হ্রাস পায়। অর্থাৎ ভোগের এককপ্রতি বৃদ্ধি ও প্রান্তিক উপযোগের ক্রমান্বয়ে হ্রাস- এ দু’য়ের সম্পর্ক কে অর্থনীতিতে ক্রমহ্রাসমান প্রান্তিক উপযোগ বিধি বলে।

চিত্রে OX পক্ষে বরাবর ভোগের পরিমাণ (Q) ও OY অক্ষ বরাবর মোট উপযোগ (TU) নির্দেশ করা হলো। এখানে ভোগের পরিমাণ যখন ১ম একক, ২য় একক, ৩য় একক, ৪র্থ একক, ৫ম একক, ৬ষ্ঠ একক ও, ৭ম একক তখন মোট উপযোগ যথাক্রমে ১২, ২২, ৩০, ৩৬, ৪০, ৪২, ৪২একক। এখানে লক্ষ্য রাখার বিষয় হচ্ছে ষষ্ঠ ও সপ্তম এককে মোট উপযোগ একই। এ পর্যায়ে থেকে বক্তা যত একক ভোগ বাড়াতে থাকবেন, তার মোট উপযোগ তত হ্রাস পেতে থাকবে।
ক্রমহ্রাসমান প্রান্তিক উপযোগ বিধির ব্যতিক্রমঃ নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে বিধিটির ব্যতিক্রম লক্ষ্য করা যায়-
দ্রব্যের একক এর পরিমানঃ দ্রব্যের এককগুলো যদি উপযুক্ত পরিমাণে না হয় তাহলে বিধিটি কার্যকর হবে না। প্রথম এককটি যদি খুবই ক্ষুদ্র হয় তাহলে দ্বিতীয় একক এর উপযোগ না কমে বরং বৃদ্ধি পাবে।
অভ্যাস ও রুচির পরিবর্তনঃ মানুষের অভ্যাস ও রুচির পরিবর্তন হলে বিধিটি কার্যকর হয় না।
সময়ের ব্যবধানঃ ক্রমহ্রাসমান উপযোগ বিধি একটি নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে কার্যকরী হয়। কিন্তু সময়ের পরিবর্তন হলে বিধিটি কার্যকর হবে না।
শখের দ্রব্য, নেশার ক্ষেত্রে, বাহ্যাড়ম্বর সম্পন্ন দ্রব্য, আয় বৃদ্ধি, বিকল্প বা পরিপূরক দ্রব্য , কৃপণ এর ক্ষেত্রে এই বিধিটির ব্যতিক্রম লক্ষ্য করা যায়।
