Institution have to input the selected students for the harmonized stipend program scholarship 2021.
About Harmonized Stipend Scholarships (HSP):
Harmonized Stipend Scholarships is a scholarships program for secondary, higher secondary and madrasah students.
SHED has given an instruction to the institutions to input the data of the students who have got an scholarships under this program.
HSP Scholarships MIS Login:
To input the data of the students institution have to visit- hspbd.com/HSP-MIS/login and tap on Harmonized Stipend Program (1st Option). Then, Login with the Institutions User Id and Password.
Institutions Profile Update/ Data Entry:
To update the profile or entry the data of the institutions for the hsp mis scholarships, They can follow the step by step guideline from below:
Step 1: After Login in HSP MIS Scholarships, Tap on the Configuration Button from the menu.
Step 2: Tap on Institution information Button.
Step 3: Select the Institutions from the search bar and tap on confirm button.
Step 4: Then, Fill up all the required information- Institution Information, List of students, Address, Payment Method and Information.
Step 5: Respective Institutions have to input the number of the boys/girls of class 6-12 in the respective boxes.
Step 6: Now, Input the Bank Account Number [It is important, Cause the scholarship amount will be sent to this number]
Step 7: After fill up all the information, review the information and tap on Submit Button .

HSP MIS Login- Students Data Entry Instructions:
Under the Harmonized Scholarship Program, Students who have selected for this scholarships, the respective institutions have to entry the data of the students for the approval from the Thana/Upazilla Education Officer.
Institutions can fill up the information from 1st April 2021 to 23 April 2021. The SHED has advised the institutions not to wait for the deadline and fill up all the information early.
- Input the Birth Certificate Number as Students UID [Birth Certificate Number must be in 17 Digits]
- Only the students from class 6-11 can apply for this scholarships.
- Have to inpur the Father/mothers/Gordian’s National ID Card Number [10/17 Digits]
- For getting the scholarships money, Respective body have to use Mobile Banking Payment Method such as bKash, Rocket, Nagad etc.
- Respective body have to input 11/12 digits Mobile Banking Account Number.
- They can only use Father/Mothers/Guardian Account Name and Number .
