The Ministry of Education has published a notice for the Heads of all the institutions of higher secondary level under the Board of Secondary and Higher Education, Students and all concerned authorities to be informed that due to the global COVID-19 epidemic, the HSC examination form for 2021 has to be filled from home through online and paid the fees using Sonali E-Sheba Payment System.
The students’ Confirmation and Registration Process starts on 11th August 2021, and the students can make the Payment from 25th August 2021. the Deadline for the HSC Online Form Fill up Registration and Payment process is 30th August 2021.
The following are the rules and dates for filling up the online form for the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination in 2021 under the Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.
- No selection test will be held on the occasion of HSC Exam 2021, and there is no charge in this regard.
- Students have to Complete the HSC Online Registration Form. Without the registration, If An student Participate in the examination of any subject, The education board will cancel the examination of that subject or subject Exam.
- All the Students for HSC Exam 2021, including Regular, Irregular, Private students, Partial Failed students, or elective subjects failed students, must fill the form.
- This year, the examinee is entitled to complete the board free, centre fees and institution payments through Sonali Bank’s mobile app Sonali E-Seba. They can use All Mobile Banking such bKash, Rocket, Nagar, Upay etc., to complete the Payment From home.

The Last Date of the HSC Online Form Fill Up 2021 for registration and Payment is 30th August 2021.
Students of HSC Batch 2021 must complete the registration process and make the Payment using Sonali E Sheba Mobile Banking System within this timeframe.
HSC Form Fill up 2021 – Instruction for Students
The Education Board will send an SMS to the students regarding filling the form for HSC Examination 2021. The Education Board has sent an SMS about filling up the student’s mobile number. It includes- the name of the examinee, HSC registration number, roll number of SSC.
Through that SMS, Students can also check the board fee, centre fee and the total fee, including the dues of the institution. In addition, they will also see multiple methods for Payment of examination fees.
Procedure for Payment of examination fee
Using the link received in SMS or Sonali Bank’s Sonali e-service app, Students will be able to pay the total fee of the HSC Examination through the Sonali Sheba payment gateway.
In addition, from the student panel of the board’s website, The students can also make the Payment using Sonali Service.
They can use bKash, Rocket, Nagad etc., to pay the examination fee through any of these three methods using Sonali Bank’s E-Service Website or Sonali Seba App from home.
In addition, students or parents can use any Visa, Master Card, American Express to pay the examination fees. Sonali Bank account holders can also pay the exam fee through Sonali Sheba online payment.
In this case, the service charge of Sonali Bank and Mobile Financial Services will be deducted by the operator as determined by the board. Students must need to recharge the minimum balance before paying the examination fees.
After the Payment, the candidates will be confirmed via SMS that the examination registration form has been completed. If they fail to make the Payment within the stipulated time, their Examination Form will not be considered complete.

Step 4: Click on the “Confirm Payment” button to verify the accuracy of the information.
Step 5: Select the payment method (Sonali Bank Account / Sonali Wallet / Card / Mobile Banking).
Step 6: Pay the money by providing the correct information. After paying correctly, you will get a voucher with a transaction number. Save the voucher. Click the “Back” button to repay.
