Students Vaccine Registration 2021 for COVID-19 All Educational Institutions in Bangladesh are now starting at surokkha.gov.bd/enroll. Now students can register for COVID-19 Vaccine from this website of they can download the surokkha app from the play Store to Complete the registration.

From 19th August 2021, The Government of Bangladesh is now starting the registration for the students of Bangladesh of All Educational Institutions to receive vaccine for COVID-19.

Recently, They have hold a meeting regarding reopen the school, colleges, universities in Bangladesh. The outcome of that meeting is, Every Students in Bangladesh must complete the Registration and need to take vaccine from surrokha gov be website or surokkha app.

Students from Public, Private or any other educational institution must complete the registration to able to go to the school, colleges and universities.

Students Vaccine Registration 2021 for COVID-19

The Government of Bangladesh is now starting the COVID -19 Vaccine Registration for the students of Bangladesh from 19th August 2021 onwards.

Students from government, non government or any other academic institution must complete the vaccine registration through the Official website of COVID-19 Vaccine.

Students can complete the registration by verifying their national identity card and mobile number in the form below. The place and date of delivery of the vaccine will be informed in due course through SMS message on the mobile phone.

As for now, Students of age 18 can register themselves for the COVID-19 Vaccine.

Student Corona Vaccine Registration Requirements

Any students of age 18 can complete the Vaccine Registration. They will just need the national University ID Card Number and An Active Mobile Number to complete the registration. They have to also provide the Current Educational Information for the verification and other process.

Surokkha.gov.bd is the website for Students Vaccine Registration for COVID-19 Corona Virus. By using this website students from of all the educational institutions in Bangladesh can registrar themselves for receiving the vaccine.

Students can follow the step by step by guideline from below to complete the registration at surrokha.gov.bd/enroll website to complete the registration.

For Now, Students of 18 Years or above can complete the registration for the COVID 19 vaccine.

How to Register for Corona Vaccine in Bangladesh @surokkha.gov.bd/enroll

Any Students from Bangladesh can complete the corona vaccine registration by following the below guideline.

First, in Surokkha (www.surokkha.gov.bd) You need to enter
the web portal or Download Surokkha App from Android Play Store or
Apple App Store.

Clicking on the “Register” button will bring up a screen similar to the
one below, select “Category” from here. Students need to select- Students Vaccine Option.

After selecting “Category”, the following screen will appear. Here you
have to click on “Verify” button after providing National Identity Card
number, date of birth (according to National Identity Card) and CAPTCHA.

If all is correct, the following Bengali and English names will be
displayed. Provide mobile number here (OTP and vaccine information will
be notified through SMS to this mobile number).

At this stage, select ” Chronic disease / co-morbidity” on the screen
below.

On the screen below, select whether the job is directly related to
Covid-19.

At this stage select the current address on the screen below (Division,
District, Upazila / Thana / City Corporation, Union / Municipality etc.)

Select the center where you want to receive the vaccine. Note that
the center will be received according to the selected upazila.

Click the “Save” button from the screen below

Finally complete the registration by clicking on the “Status Verify”
button with the OTP code received via SMS on the mobile.

Congratulations! Your registration has been completed successfully. Now
at any time you can Download the Vaccine Card online from the web
portal www.surokkha.gov.bd.

Students Vaccine Registration Status Check

Provide The National Identity Card number and date of birth (according to the National Identity Card) in the form and click on the “Verify” button. An OTP code will be sent via SMS to the mobile number provided at the time of registration. Then, you can see Covid-19 vaccine registration status.

First Step: Clicking on the “Registration Status” button will bring up a screen like
the one below, click on the “Verify” button with national identity card
number, date of birth (according to national identity card) and captcha
code.

In the Second Step: Click on the “Verify Status” button using the OTP code received via SMS to the mobile number provided at the time of registration.

Vaccine card can be received from www.surokkha.gov.bd web portal
after completion of 2 doses of Covid-19 vaccine.

Students Corona Vaccine Card Download

To Download the Corona Vaccine Card, Students need to enter the National Id Card Number and Date of Birth in the form and click on verify button.

An OTP code will be sent via SMS to the mobile number provided at the time of registration. Then, you can download the Covid-19 Vaccine Card.

Vaccine card can be received from www.surokkha.gov.bd web portal
after completion of 2 doses of Covid-19 vaccine.

Verify Certificate

Vaccination Certificate can be verified by clicking on “Verify Vaccination Certificate” button using NID, date of birth and Vaccination Certificate Number.
